About Us

Prime Property Management has been providing long-term residential rentals in the Greater Toronto Area since 2004. We look for distinctive homes to add to our portfolio and then match each property with tenants who are a genuine fit for the location, size, and price. Our approach is individual and responsive: you deal with a team that answers questions, arranges viewings, and stays involved after move-in. We also take the condition of every home seriously, because a well-maintained property is better for the people living in it and for the long-term health of the tenancy.
